In September 2024, I joined Inszone Insurance as a Copywriter, tasked with driving a comprehensive content strategy across multiple digital channels. My work has been prolific and varied: I have produced over 100 SEO-optimized blog articles annually across five distinct brand verticals, conducted key interviews, and drafted formal press releases for corporate acquisitions. Beyond editorial content, I have developed comprehensive website copy and monthly newsletters, while also crafting engaging ad copy for social media and email marketing campaigns. Leveraging advanced proficiency in WordPress to manage complex workflows and utilizing AI tools to facilitate efficient content generation, I ensure that Inszone's brand voice remains consistent, authoritative, and engaging across every touchpoint.

For Inszone's business and personal insurance sectors, I spearheaded a comprehensive overhaul of the site architecture and on-page copy using WordPress. My strategy focuses on a dual approach: crafting empathetic, narrative-driven introductions that validate the user's specific industry struggles, followed by segmented, high-conversion landing pages for trades ranging from HVAC to Healthcare. This structure not only improves SEO relevance for niche verticals but guides users through a logical funnel using clear, benefit-focused bullet points and strong calls to action.

I also executed a strategic restructuring of our location page URLs within WordPress to enhance local SEO authority. This initiative involved writing hyper-localized copy for branches across the country, ensuring that each page addressed the unique regional risks (such as wind, hail, or agricultural exposures) relevant to that specific community.

As Inszone Insurance executes its national expansion strategy, I managed the official communications for new agency acquisitions. This role requires a delicate balance of corporate messaging and personal storytelling. I conduct one-on-one interviews with agency owners across the country to uncover the unique history and entrepreneurial spirit behind their business. I then synthesize these insights into formal, AP-style press releases that honor the legacy of the acquired firm while articulating the strategic benefits of joining the Inszone network. These announcements are distributed via Business Wire, serving as a critical tool for stakeholder transparency and brand reputation.
